1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Growthpilot.cc's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Growth Pilot provides done-for-you marketing, advertising, CRM, and business growth services for contractors and service-based businesses. This includes but is not limited to Meta advertising, Google advertising, funnel creation, CRM setup, automation, and coaching.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and access to necessary platforms and accounts. Clients must ensure they have the legal right to use any content or materials provided to Growth Pilot for use in campaigns.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. All fees are due as specified in your contract. Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services. Ad spend budgets are separate from management fees and are paid directly to the advertising platforms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by Growth Pilot on behalf of clients (ad creatives, landing pages, copy, etc.) remains the property of the client upon full payment. Growth Pilot retains the right to use campaign results and general methodologies as portfolio examples unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Results Disclaimer

Growth Pilot does not guarantee specific results. Marketing performance is dependent on many factors including market conditions, competition, budget, and client responsiveness. Past results shared are not a guarantee of future performance.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business data, campaign strategies, and performance metrics.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due. Growth Pilot will provide a reasonable transition period to hand over assets and account access.

9. Limitation of Liability

Growth Pilot's total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
